Sr Project Manager - Scrum Master -Connectivity Development - Product and Marketing

Job Summary
Lead complex internal offer development programs involving multidisciplinary and cross-functional stakeholders across different organizational levels. Own project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and delivery milestones while translating customer requirements into actionable delivery plans. Drive issue resolution through analytical problem-solving and effective escalation management. Coach Agile teams to achieve delivery objectives, facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning activities, and remove delivery impediments to improve team flow and collaboration. Coordinate transversal actions across all Products and Marketing in Egypt, including up-skilling and re-skilling programs. This role requires a Certified Scrum Master with experience in telecommunications and IT sectors to foster high-performing, self-organizing teams within a global, multinational environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Project Management
- Previous experience in Scrum Master
- Strong leadership
- Proven Teamwork spirit
- Experience in Telecommunications /IT Sectors
- exposure to multinational environment
- Certified Scrum Master

- known for his/her capacity to deliver
- open-minded, able to look out on the market, and on the competition
- Fluent in English
