Job Summary
Senior Project Manager leads large-scale, complex projects end-to-end, driving scope, requirements, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Responsibilities include guiding project delivery from concept through testing and implementation, contributing to PMO strategy, coaching and mentoring other project managers, analyzing workflows and business rules, and building relationships with business partners and vendors. Requires strong proficiency in requirements gathering, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration; familiarity with Scrum/Agile, and traditional project management practices; and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, regulatory environment within the financial sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or lending operations required
- PMP required
- Six Sigma certification preferred
- PMO leadership preferred
- ServiceNow preferred
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have working knowledge and understanding of computer software and applications used to support report development and analysis (e.g. SQL, Crystal Reports, Excel), and presentation software (e.g. Visio, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint)
