Job Summary
Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and delivery of complex aviation and civil infrastructure projects, including stormwater, utility, and pavement assessments. Manage construction support services, prepare engineering plans and permit applications, and analyze design alternatives and cost estimates to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Direct project teams, negotiate scope and fees with clients, and serve as the primary liaison to maintain relationships with local and national aviation partners. Support business development through proposal preparation and client presentations while mentoring junior staff. Requires a bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience; PMP certification preferred. Required Qualifications

- 10 years relevant experience
