Seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager/Lead Roadway Engineer to manage roadway design projects, requiring a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 12+ years in project management, proficiency in Microstation, and Texas PE registration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 12+ years of experience in roadway design and project management
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT standards and procedures
- Proficiency in Microstation and related design software
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Texas Professional Engineering registration, or ability to acquire within 6 months
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with ProjectWise is a plus.
