Job Summary
Lead complex, high-profile implementation projects by developing detailed work breakdown structures and managing scope, timeline, and resources with minimal supervision. Build strong client relationships across multiple levels while identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks through proactive management. Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate requirements gathering, and ensure smooth transitions to support at project completion. Prepare executive-level status reports and mentor junior project management staff on best practices. Transform workflows to be AI-first by connecting tools, building scalable automations, and coaching others on high-impact use cases while maintaining governance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5–8 years of project management experience
- Experience managing complex implementation projects
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Demonstrated track record of using AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and project outcomes
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles
- Advanced project management and leadership skills
- Exceptional client relationship management abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced proficiency leveraging AI tools to improve delivery quality and reduce administrative burden
