Job Summary
Sr. Project Manager – R&D to support change control, assess impacts of changes in technical/regulatory/timeline, communicate approved changes to project teams and stakeholders, escalate risks and support resolution through cross-functional collaboration, support Stage Gate and product development processes, ensure required deliverables, and contribute to ISO 13485 readiness while continuously learning medical device development best practices and regulatory requirements. Build understanding of the business, product portfolio, and competitive landscape relevant to assigned projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or related technical discipline OR Bachelor’s degree plus MBA
- 2–4+ years of experience in technical project management or project coordination (preferably within R&D, engineering, or medical device product development)
- Experience in regulated environments with exposure to ISO 13485 concepts (design controls, risk management, documentation, change control)
- Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional technical projects including development, validation, design transfer, and product launch activities
