Job Summary
Manage assigned commercial and industrial solar projects from post-contract through utility PTO, overseeing scope, schedule, and budgets across multiple active initiatives. Maintain accurate project tracking in ERP systems while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet timelines. Communicate with customers and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle, reviewing schedules and contracts to ensure alignment. Oversee and support other Project Managers, promoting consistency in execution and reporting while identifying risks and delays for resolution. Serve as a point of escalation for challenges impacting timelines, budget, or customer satisfaction. Travel to local job sites up to 20% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years commercial solar project management experience
- 4+ years construction management experience
- 2+ years electrical experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking systems
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR required (company vehicle use)
- Ability to travel to local job sites up to 20%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting or mentoring other Project Managers preferred
- Electrical License strongly preferred
