Job Summary
Lead complex pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing facility projects, managing scope, schedule, financials, risk, and client relationships across all phases. Serve as a "seller/doer" by developing trusted client partnerships, identifying new opportunities in manufacturing and life sciences markets, and supporting marketing plan development. Oversee proposal development, project plans, schedules, cost controls, change management documentation, and closeout materials to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time execution. Lead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy while supporting professional growth across the team. Play a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management to ensure all client needs are met.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management, or related field
- Minimum of 11 years of industry experience
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Consulting industry experience
- Experience managing client relationships with investor owned utilities
- Proven ability to prepare proposals, schedules, budgets, and closeout documentation
- Strong background in client relationship management and interpreting client contract requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong judgment and problem-solving skills
- Strong experience with project accounting processes and financial oversight
- Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, or Deltek Vision
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven collaboration experience
- PMP certification, Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent professional license
