Job Summary
Lead large-scale, high-impact projects including New plant startups, production process/product launches, and enterprise-level transformations; define and govern business requirements, drive stakeholder alignment, develop and present business cases with ROI and cost modeling, coordinate long-term program planning, and provide executive updates. Collaborate across functions to execute change management, with up to 50% travel, and ensure adoption and measurable benefits. Strong emphasis on governance, communication, and executive-level facilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technical field
- 8+ years project management experience
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex programs
- Experience in business requirements gathering and facilitation
- Strong financial acumen (business case development, ROI modeling)
- Executive-level communication skills
- Strong organizational governance and documentation management skills
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading and executing change management
- Proficiency with collaboration, reporting, and project management tools (e.g. MS Planner, PowerBI, etc.)
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc. experience preferred.
