Job Summary
Senior Operations Project Manager to lead large, high-complexity projects (customer-specific, large product introductions or transfers). Build and guide multi-functional project teams, manage schedules, KPIs, budgets, and risks, and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsible for gathering requirements, translating them into execution plans, coordinating with stakeholders, driving milestones and continuous improvement, and providing status updates on project performance and action plans.
Required Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree required, Masters Degree Preferred
- Minimum of 12 years work-related experience required in project management or related discipline.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
