Job Summary
Oversee multiple construction projects and lead Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents. Manage project teams, review bids and contracts, monitor project financials, support workflow planning, and participate in executive-level operations meetings. Ensure safety compliance, risk management, and operational leadership across all assigned sites. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong construction management experience, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, 6+ years of related experience, proficiency with industry software, and the ability to read construction plans. Compensation ranges from 155K to 165K plus bonus for local candidates only.
