Job Summary
Lead and manage complex project initiatives in the medical device sector, ensuring alignment across multiple departments and stakeholders. Responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Develop comprehensive project plans, act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitate communication among team members. Mentor junior project managers and support business development efforts by assessing project feasibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management
- Proven experience managing complex projects
- PMP certification is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the medical device sector
- Familiarity with FDA regulations
- Experience in the 510(k) process
