Job Summary
Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation across multiple companies for Life Sciences organizations, developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation while managing budgets, scope, risks, and change requests. Drive harmonization of business processes across Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Order Management functions through workshops aligned with Life Sciences best practices. Oversee legacy system assessment, master data governance, and integration workstreams involving third-party systems, laboratories, CRM, WMS, and EDI. Act as primary interface between client leadership, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors to facilitate decision-making and drive user adoption. Ensure completion of solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities while monitoring delivery KPIs and complying with Life Sciences regulatory and quality requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of ERP implementation experience
- 5+ years managing NetSuite implementation programs
- Experience leading multi-entity or post-acquisition ERP transformations
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Inventory processes
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- NetSuite ERP certification
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification
- Experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical industries
- Experience with FDA-regulated or GxP environments
- Knowledge of CSV (Computer System Validation) practices
