Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate the planning and implementation of concrete formwork projects, managing productivity, costs, quality, and safety consistent with company policies. Conduct jobsite inspections and audits of shoring, rebar, post-tensioning installation, safety, and quality while supervising Assistant Project Managers. Develop processes for delivering total concrete solutions by collaborating with local teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maximize material and equipment schedule efficiency. Manage subcontractor and vendor contracts, monitor overall project safety and quality issues, and maintain customer relationships to enhance project procurement and reduce risk.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, related degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum seven years' work experience performing similar primary position responsibilities exceeding performance expectations
- Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization
- Expertise with reading structural drawings and performing computer-aided design utilizing formwork engineering methods, such as BIM Modeling and AutoCAD
