Sr. Project Manager-MNS

Senior Project Manager accountable for leading and coordinating multiple project phases from planning through execution, with a focus on scope, schedule, cost, quality, environmental, safety, communications, security, and integration. Role involves budgeting and funding management, potential direct reports (Project Managers, Project Controls, construction management, engineering, admin staff, contingent workers), and managing a portfolio of Green/Brown projects with risk-informed ranking. The Sr PM provides leadership, decision making, and cross-functional coordination to ensure project success according to established policies, procedures, and PMCoE standards. Travel requirement is 5-15% and relocation assistance is provided as applicable. The position may require collaboration with stakeholders across facilities, departments, and external agencies; qualifications emphasize strong expertise in project management, scheduling, cost controls, risk management, and leadership; PM/COTE-related certifications (PMP or equivalent) are encouraged within specified timeframes.
