Job Summary
Sr. Project Manager responsible for directing field projects of varying size and complexity, including management of profit/loss, budgeting, estimating, planning and scheduling, forecasting, and financial management; oversees client relations, field execution, and project technical support; develops objectives, policies, and performance standards, and travels to project sites as needed; represents the company at bid and project meetings, ensures safety and compliance with the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and guides subordinate project managers; requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with extensive understanding of construction practices, finance, and project management tools (MS Project/Primavera); prior PM/P&L experience and a degree in Mechanical/Civil/Industrial Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience) are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years job-related experience, prior project management/P&L experience preferred
- 4 year degree in Mechanical, Civil or Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management; or combination of equivalent education and 14years job-related experience if no degree
- Project Management Certification from PMI preferred
