Job Summary
Lead full lifecycle ownership of mission-critical infrastructure projects from site development through commissioning and turnover. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables while developing comprehensive plans, schedules, and budgets. Build and lead project teams including electricians, technicians, and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Coordinate resource allocation, manage procurement and vendor relationships, and supervise execution to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Handle change management, conduct risk assessments, and implement quality control procedures to guarantee compliance with electrical codes. Maintain accurate documentation, prepare regular progress reports, and conduct project reviews to evaluate performance and submit final reports.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 7+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the Electrical Data Center construction industry or large-scale industrial facilities
- Ability to safely walk and navigate active job sites, including uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and other jobsite access points
- Ability to work outside and at the job site most of the time
- Ability to travel up to 10%, as needed
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, change order requests, scheduling, take-off meetings, and client communication
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E or OSHA Certification
- Prior experience utilizing PM software and tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and Primavera P6
