Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead digital delivery teams on high-visibility client projects. Own the product roadmap, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as primary client contact navigating complex technical challenges. Translate requirements between engineering and stakeholders with enough technical depth and client instinct to push back when needed. Own product vision and roadmap with management, engineering, and operations; manage client relationships from kickoff to launch; facilitate Agile ceremonies and make trade-off decisions to keep projects on track; mentor junior product team members; advocate for user needs and lean iteration practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project or product management experience in a technical environment, or 13+ years without a formal degree
- At least 1 year leading cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology
- US Citizenship or legal residency with the ability to obtain a low-level security clearance
- Nice to have: QA background, mobile product experience, CSPO/CSM/CPM certification, accessibility standards knowledge
