Sr. Project Manager, Innovation

Own and continuously improve Mezzetta's innovation stage gate process by ensuring clear entry/exit criteria, decision frameworks, and accountability at each gate. Partner with Innovation, Marketing, R&D, and Operations to ensure feasibility, alignment, and execution readiness while surfacing tradeoffs to enable strong decision-making. Provide a consolidated view of the innovation project portfolio health, translating complex data into executive-level insights to identify risks and dependencies early. Establish and enforce best practices, tools, and methodologies to drive consistency in scoping, planning, and execution across cross-functional teams. Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts to improve predictability, speed, and quality of project delivery, reporting directly to the VP of Strategy & Execution.
