Job Summary
Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure projects from initiation through successful implementation. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and executive status reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Network, Security, Cloud, and Store Operations. Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, sprint planning sessions, and executive updates. Identify project risks and dependencies while driving timely resolution and mitigation strategies. Partner with vendors to ensure milestones are achieved. Support Agile and traditional delivery methodologies. Promote best practices and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of project management experience managing enterprise infrastructure or technology projects
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Current Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Scrum certification
- Strong experience working in Agile environments with the ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage project backlogs
- Ability to take high-level business and technical requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories, epics, and actionable work items
- Experience partnering with solution architects to refine technical requirements and collaborating closely with development teams to decompose work into manageable tasks
- Technical aptitude to understand infrastructure concepts, ask the right questions, and effectively communicate with architects, engineers, and developers
- Proven ability to engage with development teams to clarify requirements, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and deliverables
- Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Strong executive presence with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence
Desired Qualifications
- Experience delivering infrastructure initiatives is preferred
