Job Summary
Plan and oversee InfoSec projects to ensure timely completion within predefined scope. Define project goals, deliverables, and schedules while managing resources and tracking progress. Facilitate kick-off meetings, status calls, and QA/testing activities. Present progress reports and problem solutions to stakeholders using a centralized repository. Monitor change management and assess project results. Maintain project status details and support the team throughout the lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent
- Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of professionalism
- Problem-solving and strong leadership skills
- Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Conflict resolution experience
Desired Qualifications
- Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred
- Project management experience preferred
