Job Summary
Sr. Project Manager to lead and deliver large, complex consulting projects in a fast-paced environment. Own project scope, execution, and coordination with Account Management and Faculty partners to meet bookings and revenue goals. Manage up to 20 consulting projects concurrently and 45+ opportunities, drive forecasting and revenue recognition, develop project-specific tools, and guide junior team members. Must be able to travel for client visits, build strong internal and external partnerships, and communicate effectively with executives and customers. Onsite requirement: minimum 2 days per week at the Boston, MA office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 3 – 5 years of project management experience
- PMP, CPM or equivalent certification preferred but not required
- Experience in IT, security, or professional services consulting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Willingness to travel for client visits or presentations
- Technical knowledge in cybersecurity, specifically penetration testing and assessments
- Leadership and collaboration abilities
- Self-starter and fast-paced environment aptitude
