Job Summary
Oversee project financial success by preparing monthly updates, maintaining executive contract summaries, and forecasting WIP reports to ensure completion on budget and scope. Develop master schedules, track progress, and drive timely completion through regular team meetings and recovery planning. Build transparent relationships with clients by addressing requests promptly, resolving change orders, and negotiating contracts. Collaborate on buyout processes, review subcontractor proposals, and manage procurement challenges while ensuring thorough project closeouts. Actively participate in preconstruction activities, budgeting, estimating, and client presentations to support seamless handoffs.
Required Qualifications
- Refined organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks for self, team, and projects
- Strong communication skills including listening, presenting, interpersonal and written
- Minimum 7-10 years of related experience with a General Contractor
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project)
- Experience with (or ability to learn) Procore
