Job Summary
Conduct project management for critical infrastructure and data center projects, utilizing standard tools to achieve quality, financial, and schedule targets. Define resources and coordinate with order management, production, logistics, and contractors to fulfill scope while escalating conflicts to protect customer impact. Work with field resources to communicate schedules and budgets, visiting sites periodically to build relationships with key personnel. Track reporting programs to ensure targets are met, manage cost budgets and margins, and host periodic safety meetings to foster a safety-first culture. Requires 5+ years of project management experience and 25-30% time travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Knowledge of construction, electrical and mechanical contracting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's or Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 25-30% time travel
- Variable schedules (weekends, evenings, and holidays)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- No sponsorship will be provided
Desired Qualifications
- Critical infrastructure expertise with UPS, thermal, battery and monitoring
- Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing processes, data center infrastructure and commissioning processes
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
