Job Summary
Develop the project safety plan, controls, and quality procedures while managing financial forecasts, schedules, and closeout plans to meet contract requirements. Direct supervision of the project team, superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and mitigate high-risk items. Create and enforce subcontracting strategies, contracts, and risk mitigation plans; lead constructability reviews and networking efforts. Interpret organizational strategy and collaborate with business development to strengthen client relationships and drive project performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 8-12 years of experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standard software
- Microsoft Office
- Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
