Job Summary
Develop the project safety plan, controls, and procedures to manage complex requirements while mitigating high-risk items. Manage financial forecasts, billings, and closeout plans to meet contract obligations, and create CPM schedules to address potential impacts. Provide direct supervision to the project team, including superintendents and engineers, to establish operational priorities and enforce contracts. Develop subcontracting strategies, lead constructability reviews, and interpret organizational strategy to ensure alignment with client goals. Collaborate with business development to strengthen industry relationships and drive performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 8-12 years of experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standard software
- Microsoft Office
