Job Summary
Develop the project safety plan and controls to manage complex requirements, while leading the development of estimates, CPM schedules, and subcontracting strategies. Manage project financial forecasts, notices, and billings to meet contract obligations, and execute quality and closeout plans aligned with owner documents. Provide direct supervision to superintendents and engineers, enforce all contract aspects, and lead risk mitigation and compliance processes for insurance and bonds. Create networking strategies to strengthen client relationships and interpret organizational strategy to ensure team alignment with strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 8-12 years of experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standard software
- Microsoft Office
- Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
