Job Summary
Develop the project safety plan, controls, and procedures to manage complex requirements while mitigating high-risk items. Manage financial forecasts, billings, and the project estimate to meet contractual obligations, creating and leading risk mitigation plans. Execute quality and closeout plans aligned with owner contracts, develop subcontracting strategies, and enforce all contract aspects including insurance and bonds. Lead constructability reviews, create CPM schedules, and direct project superintendents and engineers to establish operational priorities. Collaborate with business development to integrate sales strategies and strengthen client relationships, while coaching team members on career development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 8-12 years of experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standard software
- Microsoft Office
- Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
