Job Summary
Lead complex, high-profile remediation projects across New Jersey as a Senior LSRP. Provide technical direction for remedial investigations, system design, and operation of remedial systems; serve as LSRP of record on applicable NJ remediation projects; prepare, issue, and defend RAOs under NJDEP requirements; advise clients on regulatory strategy and pathway-to-closure decisions; oversee technical reports and regulatory submittals; coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff; manage project financial performance including budgeting and invoicing; provide senior-level QA and technical review; lead client communications and regulatory interactions; mentor junior staff; support proposals, cost estimation, and business development; provide field oversight for key remediation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey LSRP (required)
- 10+ years of environmental consulting experience with NJ remediation projects
- Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or a related field
- Current 40-hour HAZWOPER training
- Valid driver’s license
