Job Summary
Senior Engineering Project Manager responsible for overseeing multiple projects through full lifecycle, including scope development, proposal/contract support, and client liaison. Leads scope, schedule, and budget delivery, negotiates contracts, coordinates cross-discipline teams, mentors staff, and drives risk and change management to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes for infrastructure projects. Travel up to 50% to support project delivery and client engagements. Requires bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 12 years of relevant experience, and at least 4 years of project-management leadership; PE and PMP certifications are preferred. The role involves development of project management plans, staffing, recruitment, and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve 4-for-4 performance goals.
