Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead highly complex, strategic projects ($30M-$70M) for Dematic/KION, overseeing initiation/planning, governance, schedules, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Build and sustain trust-based client relationships, serve as a strategic partner to align project outcomes with client expectations, manage cross-functional teams, negotiate/oversee contracts and vendor performance, and drive change leadership. Requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira); travel up to 40%. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP certification is highly desired; 8-10 years of experience requested. Based in Mississauga, Canada; bilingual (French) preferred.
