Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage deep foundations and marine construction projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish, leading project teams, overseeing schedules and budgets, and maintaining safety and quality standards. This role requires extensive knowledge in deep foundations and marine construction, financial management skills, and the ability to foster client relationships while delivering projects on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10-15+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction
- Proven experience managing projects valued at $10M+
- Thorough understanding of construction means and methods for deep foundations and marine work
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Commitment to safety and quality excellence
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
- Experience with estimating software (HeavyBid)
- Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills
