Job Summary
Oversee and manage the most complex and strategic office buildout projects from initiation to closeout, coordinating with client, architects, general contractor, electricians, data vendors, and landlords to define scope, establish goals, develop detailed schedules, track milestones, and drive deliverables; lead kickoff and weekly huddle meetings, manage procurement (labor quotes and pricing), assess and mitigate risks, implement change management, ensure insurance/building access compliance, coordinate furniture installation, conduct site verifications and punch walks, and communicate progress to executive stakeholders with a focus on meeting client expectations and maintaining schedule and budget.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Knowledge of construction, architecture, event planning or commercial real estate industry is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Willing to become proficient in other project management software platforms including PlanGrid, Box, Dropbox, Smartsheet, Google Doc, etc.
