Job Summary
Coordinate multiple simultaneous custom antibody projects from initial inquiry through final delivery, managing communication between Sales, Customer Service, Tech Support, Operations, and Finance to create quotes and Statements of Work. Gather design requirements to ensure accurate costing and production feasibility, then prepare real-time status updates in the project tracker for all active orders. Serve as the primary contact for project timelines and technical updates, routing inquiries to internal experts while maintaining precise records of shipments. Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest practical solutions to scale operations as the department grows. This role requires 4–5 years in life sciences with a technical background in AI/ML antibody engineering and follows a hybrid schedule of three days per week on-site in Wilsonville, OR, South San Francisco, CA, or Carlsbad, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
- 4–5 years in the life sciences
- 1–2 years of experience leading scientific projects in a commercial setting
- proven ability to manage timelines across different departments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards while under pressure
- A track record of identifying bottlenecks in a workflow and implementing practical, organized solutions that help a team handle more volume
- Hybrid Work Model: This position follows a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week on-site at one of our offices located in Wilsonville, OR; South San Francisco, CA; or Carlsbad, CA
Desired Qualifications
- An advanced degree or hands-on laboratory experience
- A technical background in AI/ML based antibody engineering and/or antibody characterization
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira
