Job Summary
Sr. Project Manager responsible for overall project leadership across construction initiatives, including project setup, buy-out, contract execution, procurement, scheduling and sequencing, cost reporting, change orders, safety compliance, manpower coordination, and ensuring successful self-perform concrete projects while coordinating with GC/Owner and CSI Operations for manpower/resources.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction management or Engineer recommended
- Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptable communication
- Experience running large self-perform concrete projects with successful outcomes
- Project set up, budget planning, buy out, and cost reporting experience
- Exceptional understanding of critical path scheduling for self-perform work
- Experience leading successful project teams and maintaining relationships with external entities
- Energetic and self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding
