Job Summary
Sr. Project Manager leading construction projects in Washington state with overall project leadership across setup, buyout, contract execution and compliance. Responsibilities include project sequencing and scheduling, daily progress tracking, safety compliance, cost reporting and invoice coding, material and equipment procurement, change order tracking, coordination with GC/Owner and CSI Operations for manpower and resources, and development of change order pricing. Requires 10+ years of experience, a BS in Construction Management or Engineering recommended, and strong proficiency in critical path scheduling and self-perform concrete projects.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelors degree in Construction management or Engineer recommended
- Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices required
- Experience leading project teams and coordinating with GC/Owner
- Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding
