Job Summary
Sr. Project Manager based in Washington state; leads projects from setup through contract execution and compliance, procurement of materials/equipment, daily progress tracking, safety compliance, invoice approvals, timesheet approvals, and scheduling. Coordinates with GC and Operations to secure manpower, manages weekly cost reporting and job forecasting, and oversees change orders and cost control. Requires 10+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related engineering field; strong knowledge of construction principles, critical path scheduling, self-perform concrete projects, and a proven ability to lead project teams and manage budgets. Compensation $100,000–$150,000 per year plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelors degree in Construction management or Engineer recommended
- Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience running large self-perform concrete projects
- Project set up, budget planning, buy out, and cost reporting experience
