Job Summary
Draft preliminary and final site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and construction documents for residential communities and subdivisions while collaborating with the production team. Guide junior staff on project-based tasks, permit applications, quantity estimates, and contractor coordination to ensure accurate execution. Prepare technical reports on hydrology, stormwater management, and project schedules using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software. Manage assignments to meet deadlines and budget constraints while mentoring the next generation of engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Civil Engineering experience in residential land development
- Leadership role experience guiding and assisting junior staff
- Engineering prowess for preparing reports, opinions, and recommendations
- Hydrology/hydraulic studies experience
