Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for RTB Enablement within Citizens Home Mortgage, responsible for translating strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans, managing end-to-end initiatives across a portfolio of up to seven concurrent efforts over 2-3 years, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Lead cross-functional execution with strong execution discipline, financial rigor, and governance to ensure programs align with enterprise RTB commitments. Roles include defining milestones, managing risks/issues/dependencies, maintaining delivery plans, and communicating progress to executives. Collaborate with Finance, business, and transformation leaders to monitor performance vs. plan, drive adoption of new processes, and sustain value delivery across operations, technology, and vendor teams. Strong emphasis on stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and data-driven reporting to demonstrate impact and ensure on-time, within-scope, and high-quality delivery.
