Job Summary
As a Senior Project Manager in Building Sciences at Rimkus, you will lead and oversee the design and implementation of projects across residential, multi-family, and commercial sectors, focusing on repair and rehabilitation scopes, adaptive reuse, and enhancements for changing uses. Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge in building science, experience in consulting engineering, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. You will collaborate with various professionals, perform on-site evaluations, prepare technical reports, and provide mentorship to junior staff.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a degree or diploma in engineering or engineering technology with a focus on Building Science.
- Minimum of 10+ years of related experience in a consulting engineering environment managing building science or structural restoration projects and/or teams.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification (or working towards certification)
