Job Summary
Manage and coordinate projects ranging from single-system to Agency-wide implementation, including Electronic Government initiatives. Maintain detailed schedules to track milestones, tasks, and resource allocation while ensuring project deliverables are met. Document all project phases using government provided ITSM and report on service requests, incidents, and tickets via Zendesk to ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAs. Coordinate document routing and electronic signature workflows through DocuSign. Assist in developing weekly and monthly project status reports and ensure compliance with PRB, CCB, and IT Governance Board documentation requirements. This role includes supervisory responsibilities and requires an active US government security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent certifications or military work-related experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience with managing a variety of deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manger on a Federal government contract
- Experience with Zendesk (or a comparable ticketing/service desk platform), including ticket management, queue monitoring, and reporting
- Experience with DocuSign, including preparing, routing, and tracking documents through electronic signature workflows
- Must have an active US government security clearance
- Must be able to obtain access to military installations
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must have acceptable background check results
