Sr. Project Manager

Job Summary
Coordinate a multidisciplinary project team to manage contract writing, ERP implementation, and project plans while acting as the primary liaison with clients. Develop and track project development plans using Smartsheet, identifying critical paths, risks, and contingencies. Facilitate team meetings, implement change orders, and drive interdepartmental collaboration to maintain timelines. Manage contract requirements through ERP, approve proposals, and communicate budget status to all stakeholders. Provide project status reports to senior management and offer direct supervision to Associate Project Managers. Assist with business development, regulatory submissions, and site visits to manufacturing locations. Hybrid role with up to 70% on-site; 1st shift, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field
- 5-8+ years pharmaceutical experience
- 5 years Project Management experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams
- FDA regulation/ICH Guidelines
- U.S. Drug Development process
- Project Management Operations
- Budgets
- ERP, QMS, CRM, and MS Suite
- Hybrid role with up to 70% expected on-site
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Travel required to manufacturing locations to host clients and site visits
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
