Job Summary
Plan and manage projects, ensuring delivery within budget and scheduled timelines. Coordinate team members to gather requirements, develop effort estimates for proposals, and prepare weekly and monthly status reports. Manage communications with stakeholders, including handling change requests based on risks, issues, actions, and decisions. Interact directly with clients to manage relationships throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring adherence to technical standards. Develop and execute project plans for multiple small- to medium-sized initiatives, conduct lessons learned sessions, and complete formal project closure activities. Govern quality assurance and quality control processes. This six-month contract role in Edmonton, AB, requires 8+ years of experience in project management, client-facing communication, and application development, with a focus on using AI tools.
