Job Summary
Manage multiple assigned Solar projects through the Early-Stage process, delivering technically feasible, schedule-appropriate, and financially viable outcomes with limited direction. Analyze technical and financial data, extrapolate variables, and integrate market impacts to support project decisions. Take ownership of capital budgets, coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, and negotiate commercial contracts. Validate completed work, assess field status, resolve issues, and reinforce safety and procedure compliance for employees and contractors. Interface with executive leadership, landowners, and local communities while supporting process efficiency initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- 4+ years
Desired Qualifications
- Construction, Energy Industry, and/or Solar experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
- Project Management Experience
- Strong financial and data analysis skillset
- Mechanical awareness and/or interest in technical variables
- Highly Organized
- Proactive attitude
- Inherent ability to manage fast paced high stress environment
- Capable of working independently with limited direction
