Job Summary
Senior Technology Project Leader plans and drives execution of technology and product development projects from concept through manufacturing readiness, partnering with Technology, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product teams to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery. Leads cross-functional project teams to manage risks and ensure alignment with customer or market needs, applying standard project management methods and ensuring documentation meets organizational standards. Travel up to 25% (domestic and international). Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ STEM; 5+ years in related roles. Preferred PMP or equivalent certification; Advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred; experience with passive optical products and related manufacturing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology or Mathematics (STEM)
- 5+ years of experience in product development, technology development, or technical project leadership roles required
- Able to travel domestically and internationally based on project needs- up to 25% max
