Sr Project Executive

Lead multiple projects simultaneously by assuming overall accountability for jobsite safety, contract requirements, and project financial forecasts. Direct and supervise project administration, superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities while negotiating contracts, managing risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with insurance and bonds. Manage the design phase of GMP or design-build projects, oversee schedule planning and execution, and develop comprehensive networking strategies within local market areas. Provide leadership to motivate the project team, coach team members on career development, and foster an inclusive work environment aligned with organizational strategy. This role sits primarily on the job site with occasional travel to offices for trainings and meetings.
