Sr Project Engineer

Manage daily operations including staff, plans, and coordination of designated projects to ensure goals are met within time and budget parameters. Review proposals to determine time frames, funding, staffing, and resource allotments; confer with staff to outline work plans and assign duties. Direct project personnel activities to ensure progress on schedule and within budget, while reviewing status reports and modifying schedules as required. Prepare reports for management and clients, provide technical advice to resolve problems, and coordinate activities with Traylor personnel and joint venture partners. Lead the project team, carry out supervisory responsibilities, and work with estimating departments during procurement phases. Travel as required for meetings and site visits.
