Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams to drive timely, cost-effective completion of subsystem and component development for the AE 1107F engine program powering the US Army MV-75 aircraft. Define and estimate work packages, develop integrated schedules, and execute verification, certification, and qualification strategies to ensure products meet business, customer, and regulatory requirements. Manage program cost and schedule using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques while proactively addressing risks and resolving complex technical issues. Utilize Systems Engineering tools such as Cameo for requirements management and deliver compliance documentation from requirements capture through verification. Prepare presentations for internal and customer reviews, collaborating with teams and suppliers to escalate issues as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering
- 5+ years' experience
- Master's degree in engineering
- 3+ years' experience
- JD/PhD
- 0+ years' experience
- Eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance
- USA Citizenship
- Engineering project management experience
- Proven ability to lead or manage teams to successful program completion
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to deliver tasks on schedule
- Experience interfacing with external customers
- Experience delivering engine assembly and testing at the system level
- Experience with gas turbine engines
- Familiarity with component definition requirements

- Background in design and/or manufacturing engineering
- Formal training in project management
- Formal training in requirements management
- Formal training in Systems Engineering
- Formal training in validation and verification methods
