Job Summary
Lead project management for public works projects by supervising staff, managing subcontractors, and coordinating daily schedules between engineering and field teams. Drive project financials through monthly cost and revenue reporting, forecasting completion, and negotiating subcontracts and change orders. Administer contracts by controlling documentation, managing RFIs and submittals, and preparing P6 schedules. Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA standards, and labor requirements including MBE/WBE reporting. Resolve scope changes and conflicts while maintaining focus on the big picture. Requires 10+ years of experience with field and office responsibilities, strong Excel skills, and a driver's license.

- Excel--Ability to navigate spreadsheets and utilize Excel as a tracking system
- A Driver's License in good standing
