Job Summary
Lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting across multiple programs. Design, develop, and deliver products by performing engineering design evaluations, developing schedules and budgets, and selecting materials and external contractors. Monitor project performance against plans, resolve operational problems to minimize delays, and serve as the engineering interface to program management, senior leadership, and the customer community. Review industry policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance while addressing production, malfunction, and maintenance issues. Requires 5-7 years of experience and up to 25% travel; remote work option available.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- 5-7 years' experience
- Engineering degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
- Up to 25% travel likely
